TREADING... JADUDI, THE MAN TREADING KENYAN SOCIAL MEDIA CIRCLES IS IN TOWN TO THANK KENYANS

23 year old Emmanuel Jadudi, a third-year political science and sociology student from University of Nairobi student has been the talk of town for the past few days. An emotive blog titled "This Thing In Jadudi’s Head" published on Biko Zulu mobilized Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) to raise awareness of his predicament.

Jadudi had been diagnosed with Grande III Ependymoma, a brain tumour three years ago and urgently needed to raise Sh 1 million so that he could travel to India for his fourth brain surgery. Within just 28 hours, well-wishers had sent Sh6,111,338 to an Africa Cancer Foundation M-PESA Account co-ordinating Jadudi’s funds drive.

Plans are underway for his medical treatment, and Jadudi will leave the country for India once he gets the necessary documentation. He is optimistic and hopes that this next surgery will be his last.

Well, the talk of town is now in Nairobi to thank Kenyans for the overwhelming support they have given him towards his medical bill.
