Mang’u High School Posts Strong B+ Mean Grade in 2025 KCSE Results


Mang’u High School
has once again demonstrated academic excellence after posting an impressive performance in the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations.

According to the official results released by the school, 682 candidates sat for the national examination and achieved a mean grade of B+, translating to a mean score of 9.842. The results reflect a strong and stable performance, with a minimal deviation of -0.056, indicating consistency compared to previous years.

The grade distribution shows a high concentration of top scores, with 92 students attaining grade A and 178 scoring A-. A further 165 candidates earned B+, while 117 obtained B and 73 scored B-, underscoring the school’s strong academic depth.

Notably, Mang’u High School recorded very few low grades, with only one candidate scoring D and no student attaining grade E. Candidates scoring C- and below accounted for a negligible proportion, highlighting effective academic support systems and disciplined learning.
