NEW PARKING RULES & ZONING FOR THIKA TUKTUKS

Effective today (9/1/2020), all tuktuks have been directed by the County Government of Kiambu to operate from the following zones:-

a) Thika main stage
b) Along Temple Road (near Mosque)
c) Kang'oki (Moi Garden) - along General Kago Road
d) Section 9 - (old zone)

Picking Points within the CBD:
1) Along Kenyatta Highway opposite Dr. Wachira Hospital (3 reserved parking slots)
2) Along Commercial Street adjacent to Standview Apartments opposite Rafiki Micro-Finance Bank (2 reserved parking slots)
3) Along Uhuru Street adjacent to Tuskys Chap Chap entrance (2 reserved parking slots)
4) Along mama Ngina Drive (East) adjacent to Victory Plaza (Max. 5 tuktuks)
5) Along Commercial Street adjacent to Naivas Supermarket (Max. 3 tuktuks)
6) Along Kenyatta Highway adjacent to Express Auto Spares (2 reserved parking slots)
7) Along Kwame Nkrumah Street adjacent to Grace House (2 reserved parking slots)
