While introducing members to the site, Society CEO, Kevin
Muthuri said that the project which is located 13km from the Eastern By-pass Kangundo

Muthuri said the construction will be done in phases i.e.
per block within a projected time frame of between 18 and 24 months. Each block
will take a period of about 6 months to be completed but some will run
simultaneously. There is a mobilization period of 3 to 4 months before
construction commences.
He added that according to sales procedures of the
project, members will be taken through the various plans. Members will select
their respective plan, get offer letter for plan, and make deposit and
eventually get allocated their unit and sign sales agreement upon reaching sh.

The introductory price of one unit is sh. 1.6 million. One
can pay for his unit on monthly installments of between 1 and 4 years
plan.
