THE NEW LOOK KENYATTA PRIMARY SCHOOL

I believe that Kenyatta Primary School pupils and staff will not recognize their school when they report back for the 3rd Term.

The photos you see show the ongoing re-painting process being done to the school  courtesy of the Jungle Nuts Foundation and the chairperson of Mia Africa SACCO LTD, Mr. MC Sam. This comes after the school was ranked for the first time in several years as the best in Kamenu ward. The Nation Media Group and MIA Africa Sacco promised to supply at least 16 assorted newspapers to the school.

Chege expressed his appreciation to philanthropists who are supporting community projects calling for more donations to benefit Kamenu residents.

“The Kamenu ward is surrounded by philanthropists and investors who are willing to take the ward forward and support education, am grateful for the good neighbors we have,” said Chege.
Speaking on Monday at his office in Makongeni estate, Chege said that he is optimistic the level of education in the ward will greatly improve if parents will work hand in hand with the teachers in ensuring children are raised responsibly.
He has further called on parents to get involved with their children affairs and condemned underperforming teachers challenging them to learn the tactics that worked at Kenyatta Primary School.

The last time the school was painted was way back in 1975. That is 40 years ago. The chairman in partnership with Jungle Foundation said that they were keen on ensuring this process was ran in every School in Kamenu Ward.
