FOUR ROBBERY SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN POLICE RAID AT A CLUB IN THIKA

Police officers based at Gatuanyaga Police Post in Thika East Sub-County have arrested four suspects linked to a recent robbery with violence incident, following a successful intelligence-led operation at Nexus Club in Gatuanyaga.

The raid, conducted on the night of Monday 14th July 2025, was prompted by credible information provided by members of the public. The suspects are believed to have been involved in a violent robbery reported on July 11, 2025.

In the course of the operation, police recovered a browning pistol and a blue Ranger motorcycle, both believed to have been used in the commission of the crime.

The suspects are currently in custody and are undergoing formal processing pending arraignment in court.

The arrest marks a significant step in ongoing efforts to curb criminal activities in Gatuanyaga and surrounding areas. Police have reiterated their commitment to working closely with the public to enhance safety and security in the region.
