ERC announces new fuel prices starting today midnight.

Prices of Super Petrol and Kerosene has decreased by Sh. 0.63 and Sh. 0.73 per litre respectively while the price of diesel remains unchanged.

This is according to the latest Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) fuel price review announced on Saturday.

Super Petrol will now retail at Sh. 106. 83, diesel Sh. 97.86 and Kerosene Sh. 76.72 in Nairobi starting midnight today.

The regulator says that these changes have been occasioned by the landed cost of imported Super Petrol decreasing by 1.05% from US$ 680.05 per ton in February 2018 to US$ 672.90 per ton in March 2018; Diesel decreasing by 0.59% from US$ US$ 618.49 per ton to US$ 614.86 per ton.

The landed cost of kerosene decreased by 0.69% from US$ 668.00 per in February 2018 ton to US$ 663.36 per ton in March 2018.
