This is a broken sewer between Hope Celebration Christian Church and The Makongeni Mosque, just after Phase IV on your way to Kisii Estate.
This has been a perpetual problem over the years and a health hazzard. Residents say that it does happen almost every week but the situation gets worse every End Month and on the 15th of the Month.
